Upon receipt of doors and windows, the goods should be checked for any visible damage that may have occurred in transit. Also check that the handles and accessories are included.

Any transportation damage or issues with the delivery should be reported immediately to the driver, noted on the delivery note and Westcoast Windows informed.

During storage, windows must remain on the pallet in a dry, well ventilated location. If windows are to be stored outside they should be well covered with good aeration.

If windows are to be stored under a tarpaulin, it must completely cover the windows top and sides and be well supported to protect from rain but not prevent ventilation.

Fittings and accessories delivered separately should be stored in a dry place indoors.

On delivery of your order we will provide full assembly and installation instructions.
