Westcoast Windows have been awarded the contract to supply and install Swedish composite windows for the prestigious CoLPAI Project

The City of London Corporation is redeveloping the former Richard Cloudesley School site and the associated City of London land on Golden Lane to deliver a new school, City of London Primary Academy Islingston (CoLPAI).

The two-storey school will have space for 420 pupils and 38 nursery spaces to meet the increasing demand for primary school places. The scheme will also provide 66 much-needed social rent homes and accommodation for three workspaces.

The development will include an outstanding design, sustainably built and maintained buildings, enhancements to the public realm and high-quality landscaping and greenery.

Westcoast Windows are delighted to be chosen as the window supplier for this prestigious project. Working with contractor ISG we will be supplying 1,900m2 of windows and doors in a combination of Classic series to the 13-storey residential tower and the triple-glzedĀ Design series to the school.

Works on the school are scheduled to commence in December and the residential tower in July 2020 with completion scheduled for June 2021.
