Westcoast Windows supply composite windows for second phase of the Lindon Bennett SEN School
Westcoast Windows have won the contract to supply the second phase of the Lindon Bennett SEN School for contractors Osborne
After the successful completion of phase 1 of the Lindon Bennett SEN School development, Westcoast Windows are pleased to announce they have been successful in their tender to supply composite windows and doors for phase 2 of the project, working with the main contractors Osborne and architects, Architype.
The existing Catherine Parr House will be demolished, with a new two-storey block linked to the main building, enabling greater ease of movement.
The project, valued at £9.5m, is due to be completed in 2016, and also includes extending the main building and refurbishing existing spaces to create a single, coherent facility, with better use of available space within the school and grounds. In addition to creating new class rooms and one-to-one areas, the project will create a more comfortable environment using open space and natural light wherever possible.
Westcoast Windows are pleased to be working with Osborne and Architype on this important project.
