WESTCOAST SWEDISH COMPOSITE WINDOWS AND DOORS FOR LUXURY SELF-CATERING HOLIDAY APARTMENTS IN GLOUCESTERSHIRE
Westcoast distributor partner Avista Window Systems supplied and installed Westcoast composite windows and doors for these luxury self-catering holiday apartments at Symonds Yat Rock Lodge in Gloucestershire.
The owners of Symonds Yat Rock Lodge previously ran a B&B with four self-catering apartments. They had their last B&B guests on the 1st October 2017 and began demolition on 2nd October to start this new build which brings their self-catering apartments up to six.
The new timber-framed building which houses the two new apartments was encased in snow when the Avista Window Systems team arrived in December to fit the new windows. The Westcoast double-glazed Classic Series composite windows were soon fitted within two days, really bringing the house to life and thankfully making it weather tight for the build to progress.
The low maintenance aluminium exterior and warm wood interior of the true composite construction windows are both finished in contemporary grey RAL 7040, to complement the final finish, a stylish grey cladding.
The two new luxury holiday apartments are decorated with a nod to industrial loft-living and comfort in mind. The Swedish composite windows and doors offer incredible views out over the valley and Forest of Dean.
The large seating and dining area overlook the panoramic views and the king-size gallery bedroom again captures the countryside. A modern kitchen has everything you could need for an enjoyable stay, with luxury shower room also offering views of the forest. The composite doors open out onto a private seating area and a shared guests’ garden for BBQs.
