Application
- For single storey buildings or high level balcony locations where cleaning can be carried out from within the building and reglazing is to be carried out externally.
- The fittings can withstand sash weight up to 50kg and are hidden from the outside for a stylish finish. The window has a fixed ventilation position and an opening restriction (child lock).

- The window has a side hung open out action, the sash being hung on a pair of concealed friction hinges. An opening angle of 90° can be achieved to enable external surfaces to be cleaned from within the building (max safe reach 850mm).
