- For single storey buildings or high level balcony locations where cleaning can be carried out from within the building and reglazing is to be carried out externally.
FUNCTION
- The window has a top hung open out action, the sash being hung on a pair of concealed friction hinges. An opening angle of up to 80° can be achieved to enable external surfaces to be cleaned from within the building (max safe reach 850mm).
- Concealed multipoint espagnolette locking provides superior closing tightness for weatherproofing and acoustic attenuation and offers a secure night ventilation position.
