WESTCOAST ARE SUPPLYING SWEDISH COMPOSITE ALUMINIUM TIMBER WINDOWS FOR NEW £38M BRENTFORD HOUSING SCHEME PROJECT

Westcoast are pleased to announce we will be supplying our high performance aluminium timber composite windows for Block D of the Brentford housing scheme development.

Block D is the latest in a series of residential projects for Hounslow. Developer Willmott Dixon has been chosen to create three blocks ranging from six to eight stories, with 96 new council rented homes arranged in a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, including 10 homes designed as wheelchair accessible.

The project will complete in summer 2023 and includes landscaped communal gardens, 12 retail units and car parking spaces. To support the council’s goal to become zero-carbon by 2030, the homes will be 100% electric with an Air Source Heat Pump system to provide residents with hot water and heating.

Westcoast will be supplying 1,900m2 of our high performance composite windows for the project.

Westcoast Swedish composite windows consist of an outer part of powder coated aluminium, which is resistant to harsh weather conditions, and an inner part of wood for a warmer feel indoors.

This combination offers the maximum lifespan and minimum maintenance, with exceptional levels of energy efficiency.
