COMPOSITE WINDOWS FOR HIGHGATE NEWTON COMMUNITY CENTRE AND FRESH YOUTH ACADEMY
Westcoast were pleased to supply our Swedish high performance composite windows for the redevelopment of the existing Highgate Newtown Community Centre and Fresh Youth Academy.
The project has delivered vital community services in state-of-the-art facilities including a new community centre, café and gardens alongside 41 new homes, of which some are affordable.
Working with main contractor Farrans and architects RCKa, Westcoast supplied 800m2 double-glazed Classic series high performance aluminium timber composite windows, including our popular composite sliding doors.
The low maintenance aluminium exterior has been finished in ivory and the warm wood interior a clean, bright white.
The project commenced in March 2021 with completion anticipated by Summer 2023. It’s great to see the scaffolding coming down in these progress images.
